for the last 15 years, we are sound has taken people like you - independent thinkers, music lovers, people looking for a challenge - that can also sing, and gigged them on stage with pro musicians in Cambridge & London… at festivals, at our own shows, in some exceptional venues, and even in total darkness. we’re the reprobate of choirs, we resist conforming to type, and we’re sound lovers.

we’re a mixed bag. some people that join us have only sung in the shower. some have been in bands. some are choir experts. some haven’t sung since school. some love karaoke. some hate it. we’re adults. alcohol may be involved (optional, obviously). the music is everything. sometimes it’s hard. sometimes it’s easy. often it’s emotional. we’re great friends. you’ll be welcomed. you’ll be encouraged. you’ll also be challenged (kindly).
